Harvest Weekends at Minerals Resort & Spa
Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays now through October 31st
Guests will start their weekend off with a taste of fall at the complimentary apple cider reception on Friday and Saturday evenings, with the Minerals activity director at the ready to assist travelers with day trips to nearby farms for apple and pumpkin picking and tours of local wineries. Recreation-seeking families will enjoy resort-planned activities, including mountain top hikes and canoeing, make-your-own caramel apples, pumpkin decorating, face painting and more.
Golftoberfest
Now through October 31st
Golfers at all 7 award-winning Crystal Springs Golf Courses will enjoy traditional German beer and Bavarian treats, such as bratwurst, knockwurst, weisswurst, German pretzels and potato leek soup. For a special treat, the Chefs have planned a pig roast every Saturday and Sunday.
Columbus Day Weekend Specials
October 7th – 10th

Gingerbread Village
It is so easy to get sucked into the hustle and bustle of the holiday season, but here at Crystal Springs, we slowed it down to stop and smell the… gingerbread! This past weekend, we assembled the largest Gingerbread Village in New Jersey complete with snow, trains, polar bears and of course, tasty treats! Roughly 30 pounds of candy was used to create our decadent, intricate Gingerbread Village. To see the complete photo albums, visit us on Facebook.
Revisit Your Childhood at Latour
Created for the harvest and holiday seasons, Latour now features desserts of childhood sweets orchestrated in a four-star whimsical way, such as…
The Latour S’more: In Latour, we offer this small after dinner mignardise, old style graham wafer with a Valhrona milk chocolate coin topped with home made charred marshmallow.
Autumn Delight: Warm semolina pudding with a corn flake crust paired with caramel apple ice cream, bourbon anglaise a small warm funnel cake rests on top. This fall tasting dessert was reconstructed from comfort sweets found around harvest time.

Hope you all had an awesome holiday! We had a great weekend & cannot wait for what’s to come this weekend!! The entire Crystal Springs team has been super busy prepping for our NINE different New Year’s Eve celebrations tomorrow night! We are so excited to celebrate with all of our friends & guests. I will update later today with some more behind the scenes info & pictures of the massive set up going on throughout the Resort!
